Jason Cooper is an archivist at the National Centers for Environmental Information. Among his many varied tasks, Jason manages the vast physical archives in Asheville, develops archive policy, and works with other NESDIS offices on archive projects. He led development of the NCEI weather and climate retention schedule, approved in 2015, and contributed to the development of the NOAA Data Strategy.
