We work at the Angelo Coast Range Reserve (http://angelo.berkeley.edu) doing critical zone science. Our interests are in place-based science asking questions about the structure and processes of the critical zone. I have developed a realtime sensor management and curation system, Dendra (for dendritic sensor networks), that is capable of dynamic versioning and active adjustment of arbitrarily large amounts of sensor data.
